1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the k6669 platform and all of its services ("Services"). By accessing this website or creating an account, you automatically agree to these Terms.

k6669 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms. Always check this page and read the latest update.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

  • Each person may operate only one account.

Age Verification: k6669 reserves the right to verify age at any time. If verification fails, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be returned.

2.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are opened from the same device, IP address, or payment method, k6669 reserves the right to close them and forfeit the deposited funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

When opening an account at k6669, you must provide the following information accurately:

  • Full name (as shown on your national ID)
  • Date of birth
  • Contact details (phone number or email)
  • Active payment method details

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Do not share this information with anyone. If you believe your account is being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

k6669 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have shared your details or failed to take adequate precautions.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

k6669 may verify your identity when required. A copy of your national ID, driving license, or passport may be requested. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in your withdrawal being withheld or your account being closed.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Payment methods currently accepted at k6669:

Minimum deposit amount: A minimum of ৳300 must be deposited via each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals may be withheld if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Account Verification

k6669 may verify your account before processing a withdrawal request. If any suspicious activity is detected, k6669 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at k6669 will receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times, and it applies only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

If the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled. If betting rules are violated while using a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP & Cashback

k6669's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Cashback is added automatically each week. No additional wagering requirements apply to cashback, however k6669 may change the terms from time to time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus funds — such as playing with a low-risk strategy using only bonus funds, or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6. General Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

k6669 is committed to fair play and impartial outcomes. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). No player or third party can influence the results.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

k6669 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system issue.
  • If a game or event is left incomplete.
  • If evidence of match-fixing is found.
  • If a software error is exploited.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets must be confirmed before the event begins. Odds displayed during live betting may change. The odds in effect at the moment the user presses the "Confirm Bet" button will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at k6669:

  1. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  2. Attempting to intrude into any system or software of the platform.
  3. Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
  4. Operating an account using someone else's identity.
  5. Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts.
  6. Threatening or harassing k6669 staff or other players.
  7. Registering with false information.
  8. Secretly colluding with other players to determine outcomes.
Consequences: If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

8. Account Closure & Suspension Policy

8.1 k6669's Rights

k6669 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these Terms is violated.
  • If fraudulent activity is detected.
  • If false information has been provided.
  • If identity verification fails.
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

8.2 User Rights

After account closure, any remaining valid balance will be returned, however all bonuses will be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

k6669 accepts no responsibility for the following:

  • Betting losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues.
  • Unauthorized use of an account due to the user's own negligence.
  • Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

k6669's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited in that specific transaction.
